Faver Forms & Information

• Faver School meets from 8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Morning transportation is available for students outside the Walk Zone from the Faver campus. Mid-day transportation is not available through the school.

A new application must be submitted each year for returning Faver students.

 
The Faver Application has two parts: a Parent/Guardian application and a separate Student application. Both must be completed before an application can be reviewed. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Faver School has limited seats available.
