Please complete the following applications to complete your application for enrollment at Faver School.
Online enrollment for GPS will open in July and must also be completed. Your educational placement for 26-27 will be determined after the first full week of August & GPS enrollment is processed.
(Note: when completing the District's online enrollment, choose GHS as the school site.)
BOTH A STUDENT APPLICATION & A PARENT/GUARDIAN APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THIS APPLICATION IS REVIEWED.
